The world minerals are going down and every country are looking for more resources in other to not depend on others countries output. Today minerals is very important insofar as their is shortage. Then, so many country made war to appropriate those minerals. Like in Sierra leone where the diamomd was the source of many murder, because everybody (the governant, the people and foreigner) wanted to control this market. Today some countries which are in shortage of resources finance the exploitation of those country whose have not means to farm their minerals; in exchange they can benefit from some mineral they have farm. That why in many africans countries all the exploitation are made by foreigner country.
